The Protea Explorer System is an integrated, protein sample preparation system. Individual components have been engineered to allow their use in a continuous-flow, enclosed system that provides many advantages, including improved data quality and reduced time to results.
Protea Explorer System components are available pre-assembled and tested on Experiment Platforms. Components are also available for purchase as individual products.

PE-600 Series Experiment Platform, Complete System
Engineered specifically for processing both liquid and gel-based protein samples, the PE-600 Experiment Platform breaks new ground by providing seamless in-line processing of gel-based protein samples and removal of SDS detergent. Additionally, the PE-600 Series permits in-line protein concentration, purification, and fractionation of liquid samples prior to MS analysis. The PE-600 truly integrates biology and mass spectrometry.
