Metabolite Profiling of Glyphosate Exposed Saccharomyces cerevisiae with REDIchips™

REDIchips are silicon nanopost array (NAPA) devices which allow for the detection and profiling of metabolites in different strains of glyphosate exposed Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Laser Desorption Ionization Mass Spectrometry (LDI-MS) using REDIchips eliminates the requirement of an external matrix, and minimizes noise in low mass regions of the spectra where metabolites are detected.
