PEPTIDE STANDARD FOR CE

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is a well-established tool for peptide analysis. Protea offers the Peptide Standard for CE to facilitate optimization of peptide analysis techniques, quality control of peptide analysis, and to characterize and monitor system performance. The standard is a mix of eight lyophilized, high-purity peptides each having a final concentration of 50 µg/mL. The Peptid Standard was carefully designed to provide peptides having a range of molecular weights, charge, migration times, and hydrophobicity for CE at low pH.
