Stability Analysis of the Human IgG1 Antibody

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) with covalently bound cytotoxic drugs. Like other proteins, mAbs are subjected to various degradation pathways. These can occur during manufacturing process and upon storage at different pH and temperature conditions. These degradations needed to be characterized in biopharmaceutical industry. Here, we applied LCMS approaches to evaluate native and stressed samples to examine the stability of antibodies.
